Several famous faces attended, and celebrity chef Phil Vickery inspired huge crowds with his tempting seafood recipes. John Torode was also there, and other chefs and groups who headed to Seaham Food Festival 2019 included Rachel Green, an award-winning chef, local food campaigner, author and television presenter, and seafood specialists The Crabstock Boys.

There were also live music and children's activities, including healthy baking workshops with Little Dots Dishes.
