Durham Adventure Festival tickets are still available for talks and films throughout the weekend event.

While some of the biggest names speaking at the event have almost sold out, there are still Durham Adventure Festival tickets available for the adventure talks, film showings and speakers.

Although tickets for Sir Chris Bonington's talk have sold out in the stalls, there are still tickets available in the circle.

How much do Durham Adventure Festival tickets cost?

Ticket prices vary among the various events. There are also offers available when you purchase tickets for more than one event.

Film Pass for £20: You can book to see all five film packages for £20. Individual Durham Adventure Festival film tickets cost between £4.50 for the adventure films family viewing which are on Saturday and Sunday April 27-28 (you can find more details in our roundup of Durham family events this weekend), and £6 for some of the film collections.

Speaker deal: Book for any speaker event (Chris Bonington, Leo Houlding, Shauna Coxsey or Doug Allan) and save £6 when booking an adventure talk session (Jenny Graham, Ash/Jenny or Helen/Jason).

Where do I buy Durham Adventure Festival tickets?

You can buy tickets for any event either from the Gala Theatre in person or on the what's on page of the Durham Adventure Festival website, where tickets are sold through Spektrix.

However, for the Durham Adventure Festival basecamp events, there are no tickets and instead visitors can sign up for the various films, talks and demonstrations by putting their name on the boards in the Gala Theatre foyer, where the basecamp is located.
