The Cricket World Cup Durham fanzone will be a place to enjoy watching some of the matches as well as playing host to cricket-themed activities and live entertainment.

The Durham fanzone will be in both Millennium Place and the Durham Marketplace, across both locations.

When is the Cricket World Cup fanzone in Durham?

It will be available over three days, from Friday June 28 to Sunday June 30 2019. It opens at 10am and closes at 7.45pm on Friday and Sunday, and potentially 10.45pm on Saturday.

What will be happening in the Cricket World Cup Durham fanzone?

There is lots going on. The main events will be the screening of three of the world cup matches. On Friday June 28 they'll be showing Sri Lanka v South Africa from 10.30am. On Saturday June 29 it's the live screening of Pakistan v Afghanistan at 10.30am, followed by New Zealand v Australia. On Sunday June 30, again at 10.30am, is England v India.

Aside from the matches, the Durham Cricket World Cup fanzone activities include live music, entertainment and food and drink, as well as a chance to try Street Cricket in Millennium Place. All activities are family friendly and free.
